Over the years, we have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to large-scale enterprises. Through this journey, we have realized that our strengths and resources are best aligned with the needs of larger organizations and rapidly scaling startups. This insight has led us to the difficult, yet necessary, decision to exit the SMB and early-stage startup market.

Why This Change?

  1. Focused Expertise: We believe that by concentrating our efforts on a specific segment of the market, we can deliver a more tailored, effective, and high-quality service.
  2. Resource Allocation: Serving companies of all sizes simultaneously stretched our resources thin, impeding our ability to offer the best possible support.

Criteria for Continued and New Partnerships

We feel confident in delivering best-in-class service to customers who meet any of the following criteria:

  1. Annual Cloud Spending: Over ₹1 Lakh ($1,300 USD) per year.
  2. Employee Count: More than 50 employees.
  3. Equity Investment: Received or planning to receive equity investment from accelerators, angel investors, or venture capitalists.
  4. Public Listing or Referral: Publicly listed companies or those referred by an existing client.

A Farewell to Our SMB and Early-Stage Startup Clients

This has been an incredibly difficult decision for the team and our founder. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the SMBs and early-stage startups that have been with us on this journey. While we are no longer able to support this segment, we encourage you to explore the many other service providers in the market that can cater to your unique business needs.
